Villa del Sol is a detached villa in a residential area on a hillside overlooking the sea. A flight of steps leads from private parking down to the garden, which is planted with a variety of fragrant Mediterranean shrubs. The private filtered pool is walled and gated for safety.

The villa is not overlooked and there are three separate terraced areas, allowing for both sun and shade at all times of day. The barbecue is situated near the front terrace.
